James “Jay” N. Osteen is a co-founder and partner in the firm. Jay concentrates his practice in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation, including major commercial vehicle and trucking accidents, automobile and motorcycle accidents, commercial airline crashes, products liability cases, maritime injury cases, medical malpractice cases and pharmaceutical negligence cases.

Jay is a native if Hinesville, Georgia. He attended college at the University of Florida and graduated in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree. Upon earning his undergraduate degree, he attended the Walter F. George School of law at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia and received his Juris Doctor in 1994.

Jay has devoted his practice to representing individuals who have been injured. He has received numerous awards and recognitions as one of the best personal injury attorneys in the State of Georgia. One-hundred percent of his practice is devoted to plaintiff’s personal injury practice, which has enabled him to produce exceptional results for his clients, including numerous multimillion dollar settlements.
